Anyone besides para make DAO 1911's? I want a 1911 but I also love DAO, and I'm not very fond of the para, its a good gun, i've shot one, but i would rather havesomething else to shop around. |

Old Colt Double Eagle is the only one I can think of.
The Para is NOT a Double Action, that's just marketing talk, it's a long stroke f'ed up single action. Pull the trigger on an empty chamber, hammer goes back trips and falls. Pull the trigger again, nothing. It has to be cocked. |
