I just bought 3 Tripp Cobra mags for my STI Trojan, I got the 8 round ones, and one of them is not locking the slide back after the last round. The other two lock the slide back, and all three feed the rounds in correctly, but one will not lock the slide back after the last round is ejected. Do I have to send the mag back to Tripp Research or is there an easy fix that I can do myself?

Since the other two mags work it doesn't sound like it's the slide stop.
I would send it back to them and have them look at it, they'll probably repair or replace it for free. I bought a handful of 8-round CobraMags a few months ago and so far none of them have failed to activate the slide stop. |
