Hey Everyone,
Have a RIA 1911 compact I bought a while back and shoot rarely which I took to the range today. However about every 3-4 rounds the gun wouldn't feed right, and about 25 rounds in the gun got stuck and the slide will no longer move. This was using the ACT-MAG that came with the gun, and the gun has aprox. 100-150 rounds through it. So needless to say I think I need to go ahead and send it in to RIA for service. However I recieved no info when I bough the gun, no manual, etc and can't find a website for RIA. So I have two questions, 1. Does RIA have any kind of warranty? 2. How do I get in contact with them??? |

Advanced Tactical is the company that distributes and does most of the warranty work. Contact them an dsee if they can't help you out. They have a good reputation for standing by their product.
