| Anyone know a decent gunsmith in Northeast ohio preferable in the Akron/Canton area. I need to get an extractor replaced because the front post that holds it in place sheared off. I just bought this thing yesterday too wtf. Dont really wanna go through the hassle of of mailing this gun back to Kimber to get it worked on, but if it has to be done so be it. |

Scott Mulkerin of www.sdmfabricating.com is ranked as a top 100 pistolsmith. He's in the Medina area. He only works on 1911's and S&W revolvers.
If he can't help you out, Andy Horvath is west of Cleveland, but a great gun smith. Your task would be a piece of cake for him. Andy is known for his Ruger .44 Special conversions, but is well versed in many firearms. |
