I am looking for a new set of grips for my 1911. I currently have a Taurus with the bulls head walnut grips and love the feel of those grips and want 2 more sets for my other 1911's I measured and they were .2750" thick so is that the standard size grip unless they are stated to be thin profile? I really like the VZ Double Diamond Black Desert G10's are they .2750" thick? Also are the square bottom's just not tapered or is it something else. A good place to find them cheap would be good also.

Read my thread here about the grips I bought for my 1911s. I put them on virtually all of them.
I found these guys at the NRA Convention last May. To me, they're the perfect blend of aggressive feel, looks & quality. Good luck! |

| Try this [email protected] totally hooked me up with a pair of Shredders the most aggressive grips I have ever seen. He has had some troubles with his web-site. Try this e-mail and he will help you. I cant recommend him enuff. |
