Is there anybodyelse other than Springfield Armory that makes a Milspec stainless 1911?

Milspec is a trademark of Springfield Armory. If you are looking for a "commercial-style" 1911A1 copy in stainless, then the closest and best thing going is a Colt Series 70 reproduction in SS.

Colt made their 1991 series in a matte SS. They're still out there if one is patient.
Aside from them, not too many others that I'm aware of. I'm not going to count AMT.
