| I have a chance to buy a Colt Combat Elite from a co-worker. He has had it for several years and claims it is mint. He also claims it was sent to Wilson Combat by the previous owner, he states it has Wilson Combat engraved on the reciever. What is the value on this firearm, does the Wilson upgrades add value? |

It adds some value, not as much as if he has the paperwork from Wilson showing what smith worked on it... for instance if it's an older one it might have been worked on by Bill himself, something that proved that would increase the value more than just being stamped. Overall without something like that you're probably looking at most 200-300 over what a stock Colt of the same age would be worth. |
