Hank posted his 1911, on the Springfield pictures thread and I dig those grips.

Does anyone know a distributor that sells grips like these and different colors/styles?

Win, do you know if any distributors also sell those waffle style rubber grips, I think Kimber uses?

They're purty comfortable.

A 1911 owner will never achieve 1911 Nirvana until they own a set of ivory grips.

Nevermind the "fancy" aspect of them (a plus unto itself), but they feel wonderful under the hand. They warm to your skin just right and when "double diamond" checkered give the perfect amount of grip without being "sticky".

They are the perfect grip for a firearm's interaction with the hand.

I recommend Paul Persinger. He's not online, but can be reached at:

I got some I may part with for you.  They are pretty nice though, but I'm pretty stuck on pachmyrs. I like the extra material in front.  What will you trade me for.  Got a Lightweight AR barrel???  Hehehehehehehe.
