Finally traded in my old "kit gun" for something a little nicer!
Put about 100 problem-free rounds through it today, 50 Independance 230gr. FMJ and 50 Remington 230gr. FMJ.
Seems to shoot pretty good, but I can't yet shoot it as well as I could my last one, which did have a "hair trigger" and was very easy to shoot well. My skill seems to come and go as well, I think I need to practice on a more regular basis.
Now off to go hoard some mags....
Side note: any 10 round magazines that have a good reputation? I'd like to have 4-6 of them for 3 gun shoots.

Nice weapon! ....Now go hoard some Wilson 8 rounders with base pads.

Wilson 10's or 8's, it will just depend on what the competition allows. I have those as well as the 7 rounders. Never had a problem with any of them.

Excellent.
As for the 10 rounders, Wilson or McCormick, which ever works well in your gun.
Pick up some Wolff extra power mag springs for them though. Keep them clean and monitor the follower for wear.
