"Tactical" 1911s with rails in matte black and desert tan may be all the rage, but I prefer the old school look of a nice pimp gun. Anyone have a bright chrome 1911? Something like Vincent and Jules would carry. Let's see some pics! Extra points for ivory or mother of pearl grips! |

Here's a pic of him dressed up for work, playing at jazzfest.

Pimp= ugly, tacky, gauche. Ivory is NOT PIMP. Pearl (or "Pearlite") is. Some of the pistols here are definitely NOT pimp! IMO the Ed Brown, Gold Cup, Colt Combat, and that Commander aren't "pimp". Anyway, a true pimp gun would still be "pimp" if you swapped grips. IMO "pimp guns" are .32's or .380's with the occasional .38 revolver. Usually cheap. That being said a Desert Eagle is the ultimate "pimp gun". |
Now that is a nice one |
OMG!!! If I didnt know ay better, I'd of thought that was real. It is in true Taurus style! |
The funny part is, I would so buy one. Then I'd go buy a '64 Impala on like 36" rims and cruise MLK & 22nd Skreet at night.

I assume Chris Rock's "observations" about differnt cities and "MLK" blvds holds true everywhere then? |
I know just what you are saying. I'm not sure if it holds true everywhere, but in Tampa it most certainly is true.

Hey...I don't think those grips are COC compliant! I see nip, hehehe. |
It sure does...I mean sho'nuff...hold true in Baltimore. |
