  Both Colt pistols as a Colt is the only true 1911.  First gun is my newest $350 acquisition. Its an 80's series, all original, including the craptastic finish. The second is my $580 acquisition - a 70's series with Ed Brown and McCormick upgrades and a nice colt grey finish. Gun breaks super smooth and is damn accurate with the Bomar sights. My Officers ACP, my RIA 1911 clone and my newest acquisition, a 1960 Sistema Model 27. Yeah yeah, I know. Hogues on a Sistema, "that's just not right"  . It is what I had in the box to replace the disentegrating original grips. There will be checkered walnut on it eventually. I picked up some original grips on Ebay and the Sistema looks much better now.

Here's my little Para P16-40 I use for IPSC over here in NZ. Not terribly flash, but a real good working item. Trigger has been tickled, Hogues & extended mag release are the only mods and a set of Bomars to be fitted next. It has been very very reliable, I'm very happy with it!
