Just thought id pose a question maybe it has been answered before. Any thoughts on which is the better pistol Kimber TLE or Springfield TRP? Thanks

Both are fine 1911s though I'd take the TRP, I much prefer the 20lpi checkering and lack of firing pin safety.

I don't know? I think the Kimber might be a tighter grouper, but that's all relative. I'd say the SA because of the finsh, checkering and beavertail. Either is a good choice. You're definitely thinking with a clear head.
