I have 300 rounds of lead .45 acp loaded up as well as some ball ammo to shoot in my Ultra Carry. Would there be too much pressure if I shot the ball after the lead from lead fouling in the barrel? I am inclined to think not, but better safe than sorry.

Unless your jacketed ammo is very hot, don't worry about it. I -- and others -- do it all the time to help clear out some of the lead to make cleaning a bit easier.
