| Need a litttle help here guys. My father is a professional gunsmith and has a 70 series stainless commander that is his pride and joy. He pretty much built it himself. However, his eyesight has failed to the point he cannot see a front sight. Obviously he doesn't do much target shooting any more, but he can certainly still shoot. He is a retired and still certified peace officer and carries the pistol, just in case. I would like to replace the frame with a frame that has rails and I would add an M6 light and laser. This is my intended Christmas gift. I want to make sure the frame is as good quality as the gun deserves. What frame would you suggest and where d oyou suggest I purchase it? Please help. This would mean the world to me. |
