I bought a S&A chckered arched MSH for my TLE II, but the tabs on the end of the MSH that retain the grip safety are longer and when installed seem to keep enough tension on the grip safety to engage the firing block lifter arm(what a great idea), pushing the tip up enough that I can not reinstall the slide. I really like this MSH, any ideas or other types I can use. Appreciate any help.

Yep, most drop in pieces should state "Minor fitting may be required".

+1 on Hobbs' input.  Get a couple of good files and give it the proper adjustment to fit.  One bonus you have is that you have the original that does fit.  You can look back at that to see where and how far you have to go.

Finally got around to working on the arched MSH today. Took me a little while as I wanted to go slow but it fits nicely now, just glad the file work is in an area you can't see, I am definately not a great customizer. I still need to cold blue it but I wanted to try it out after I finally got it together. Thanks for your help guys, and I'll try and get some pics up soon.
