Ive got a 1933 commercial production colt that is in good shape, but i think it may have been refinished. Were all these old 1911s blued? Blued is kinda shinny and leaves a finger print when you touch it correct? This one has a more matte black finish and doesnt leave a print when you touch it. Also, on the slide it has Colt Automatic Calibre .45 and has No. 379 on the slide and barrel. On the frame it has Government Model C168xxx. Is this the original slide and barrel? The mag has 104486 so I know it doesnt match. |
