Anyone have one? I have been looking to get a semi custom for awhile, even thought about sending my Colt in to have work done on it. It seems I can get a DW Valor commander for around $1250 and it would probably cost more to have Wilson do up my Colt than to buy the DW. Its also well under half the price of a Wilson, but how do they compare? Any thoughts would be great, good or bad.
I'm looking at the stainless bead blasted finish. |
| Can't go wrong with a DW. They are very comparable to a Wilson built colt IMO. Personally im not really impressed with wilsons customer supplied gun builds myself have seen and shot a few. I personally would rather send a gun to Nighthawk or sacs. But generally use full custom shops for custom builds and buy wilsons from Wilson Nighthawk from Nighthawk and so on. |
