Does anyone have a review on the SA 9mm RO Operator?
What is the best price you have seen so far?

Yes I have one, had a few minor issues out the box, but SA took care of them. They are great guns for the money. I paid $800 from buds when I got mine.
Mine had an extremely heavy trigger and the slide was hanging up on the disconnector. Also thought mine had accuracy issues, but SA range tested it and it was doing 2.5" groups at 25yds with 124gr. So the heavy trigger was throwing me off pretty badly. 6 day turn around to fix the trigger and disconnector.

I would have preferred the Combat Operator as it has most everything I will eventually do to the RO OP, but the Benjamin's weren't there.

I have one and currently love it. I do suggest upping the recoil spring from the factory stock 9 lbs. Seems weak on the chambering. I went up to 11 Lbs and with a 23 lb hammer spring. I also removed the ILS and went with a S&A magwell. Works great with both my powder puff reloads and factory ammo. I got mine for a little under $800. I also use a Dawson Precision tritium front sight and may go the Harrison route for the rear. I use it as a competition gun, though I would have no problems CCing if I do remove the adjustable rear. I like the gun a lot.

I agree that the 9lb'r does chamber rounds very weakly. Went with a 12lb myself. Mine did not come with an ILS msh, probably because it is not Cali approved. I put an ed brown 2pc magwell on but found I like the longer length of the S&A, so that is what is on it now.

Aren't these guns fixed sights already or are you saying the Harrison is adjustable?

The Range Officer Operators are fixed sights. The non rail range officer has adjustable sights.

That's what I thought I was just confused because this thread is about the operators.
