I have a LLama IX-A 1911 that needs ejector replacement.

I am at loss how to proceed. It is not pinned in like on Colt/Colt clones

Before I start going blindly, I was hoping someone out there has had dealings with IX or MAX model (they are the same ejector part) ejector replacement.

Can anyone help me?

Not familiar with the Llama but if it's a typical ejector it's glued with 275 Loctite. Assuming it is, apply heat to the area at the base of the ejector. to loosing it then gentle pry it out. Clean everything with alcohol and reapply 275 to the legs. Let cure for 24 hours.

According to the Numrich schematic, it appears to be part of the frame.   I would say that a competent gunsmith could mill off the remains of the ejector and drill the holes to install a 1911 ejector, however, I'll defer to anyone with actual experience with these.

Thanks for the idea. Not sure there was loctite then, but perhaps it is some other "glue type"

This is the ejector, definitely not part of the frame, but does not seem to be anything to keep it in place, not even legs

so perhaps some kind of glue.

What do you all think?

May be glue or it just may be press-fit onto the frame.   The slide keeps the ejector from coming out anyway when the gun's assembled.
