PSA frame, slide, and barrel.
EGW beaver tail EGW angle bore bushing Cylinder and Slide drop in trigger pull set. everything else is Wilson Combat. The barrel was drop in, no fitting needed, locks up tight as a drum. The angle bore bushing fits perfect with no slop and no fitting. The beaver tail dropped in with VERY minor fitting. Sights are Fusion Novak style tritium with white dots. I finished everything in a brushed finish. Will get it to the range this weekend and give a report I am in the process of assembling the carbon steel frame and slide I also purchased. I used the stainless pistol as a learning tool and the carbon pistol will be sent out for front strap checkering and Ion Bond. |

It was a drop in barrel that PSA made (or had made) specifically for their frame and slide. Quoted:

I don't know if I'd be worried about that lug deformation or not. How did you select the length of your link? It was a drop in barrel that PSA made (or had made) specifically for their frame and slide. Well you know what they say about 1911's and drop in parts. There is no such thing. However I am with Ken on this. Probably run it a little more and see what happens. |

If the barrel is not linking down soon enough or far enough, they will begin to raise a peened edge along the front of the upper lugs. |
