I've been using 7rounds MecGar mags for years without issue.
can I expect the same quality and reliability from the 10 rounders?

Never used that particular (1911 10-rd) magazine, but have never had a bad mec-gar.

Never had an issue with CMC Power 10 rounders, if you want to try a new brand.

They're not bad magazines.

My only concerns about the MecGar and ACT magazines are that the feed lips are a bit brittle and you could crack the magazine body or the spine if you drop them onto a hard surface/perform double feed malfunction drills.

Other than that, MecGar's feed well and are not a bad price.
