[ARCHIVED THREAD] - HEC marked barrel

So I have a 1911 barrel that is marked "HEC" on one side of the lugs and "MP" on the other. On the outside of the chamber it reads:

.45 AUTO
7791193

It is chrome lined and parkerized. I haven't been able to find out who the manufacturer is. Does anyone know?
