I bought a Springer Loaded new a little over two years ago, from then to now I have ejection issues. The gun has under 1500 rounds on it. When it occurs it is always the next to the last round,
doesn't matter if I load 6+1 or just 3 in a mag. I'll it happens 30-40% of the time. Mags are stock Springfield and KimProTac-Mags. the round gets hung up between ejection port and the barrel
shroud in a parallel position. Ammo does not seem to matter , factory, reloads , 185- 230 grain.

I would guess extractor problem , except for the next to last round thing. I'm puzzled, input as always is appreciated.

Maybe the Recoil spring needs to be replaced ...?
Might be weak...JMHO...

If it were mine, I would try new mags of known quality. If this did not solve the problem, I would contact Springfield Customer service and let them deal with it.

if you have access to a Weigand pull gauge, you need between 16 and 24oz to pull the gauge out... check that the nose of the extractor is not bumping the barrel... I  remove some of the mid length bearing pad and spring from the rear with an oversize firing pin stop to keep the extractor from rotating

pic... inner bearing pad partially removed of right extractor

what does the last round in the mag do??

Springers are over sprung, main spring (housing) is like 30 lbs so slide doesn't go fully back.

You don't need 18 lbs slide return spring.

The last round attempts to load, but of course with the un-ejected one holding up the works it just sits there 'til I drop the mag to clear the jam at which time it drops out the well.

Springers use a light recoil spring with an overly heavy mainspring to get reliable ignition with their titanium firing pin.

I'd ditch the ILS mainspring housing and put in standard parts, a 19# mainspring and a 18# recoil spring.

My guess is that the next to last round is inertia feeding, e.g. slipping out of the mag when the slide bangs against the frame at full recoil.   Do the mags you're using have a dimpled follower?   If so, that is probably what's keeping the last round from doing the same thing.
