No way.
I don't believe that's a Colt frame, for one thing. The seller seems to have taken pains to obscure this fact. Then there's the fact that Bubba has been at it with a Dremel tool.

I agree. I don't see Colt proof marks on that frame.

Not only no, but HELL NO.
The tactical pro is an awesome 1911. I've had my tactical custom for 8? years and have pumped I don't know how many thousands of rounds through it. The 1911 at that link does not look right.

That rear sight looks terrible... and it's an upgrade? I'd rather have the GI sights back.
I also see a faint idiot.... errr handling mark.
I wouldn't trade any 1911 for that.
Tell him I've got a Davis P380 I'm willing to part with for that "colt"
