Number 9 is the one you are looking for. There was another link years ago, but this is the one I found this morning. If for your own personal use, no serial number is required, but they do advise you to mark it anyway. Now, if you buy a bare frame, it is already serialized, and you can't remove that number. It is technically a firearm. |
