I bought a brand new Springfield Loaded (stainless steel with the 3dot sights) and noticed that when I run more than 3 mags or so through it the rear sight will actually slide side to side. It has a roll pin in it and I tried seating it more but still nothing. The gun acts like the slide is heating up a bit and the metal expands enough for the sight to dance around. Once I take the gun in for cleaning, say.........30 minutes later its fine. In other words when room temperature its all good. Anyone had this issue?? Its so beautiful but now I'm disgusted!

That's an allen screw, not a roll pin. Still, it shouldn't fit so loose. If tightening the allen screw doesn't do it, I'd send it to Springfield. They have the best CS in the industry.

or remove rear sight, dimple slide reinstall rear sight. use loctite on screws and bearing surface of rear sight. Sight will never move after this.
