i took out a ten rounder for a spin and it ran well. i got it on a deal so i don't know anything about it except: it had an ed brown bumper pad and the follower ws black plastic(of some sort)and humped in the middle front to back. like the dimple but elongated.

i was uncomfortable w/an inch of metal hanging out there. hell, i put an 8rd tripp  cobra mag in my champion(no magwell)and that seemed to have some hanging out action going on and that was only the bump pad!

my .02.

I have never had an issue with Wilson ten rounders. Hear lots of good about the chip McCormick.

Same here.  I got a few, along with a few shooting partners: never an issue.

I have Chip mags (both the 10 and the plus).  They function GREAT.

I found the follower will scar the feed ramp a little (it just jumps forward on the last round).  I replaced the guts with Trip springs and followers.  They also work GREAT this way too.

Update. Took the pro mag to the range today and it fell apart after 10 rounds. A real peice of junk.

I was kind of hoping this was news about 9mm 1911 10rd mags. Seems to be a current topic.
My experiance with Wilson 10rd. 45 mags in a Kimber Supermatch, Springfield Custom, numerous Colt Factory and also 'tuned' guns has been very satasfactory.
I have even used them in a Camp 45 for some two gun action and they always ran well. I only use ball ammo in pistols.
Do they still call them Bureaucrat mags?

10rd 9mm magazines would be Tripp, Wilson and Metalform.
