| Who makes the most reliable 10 round .45 mags? Thanks!! |
|
i took out a ten rounder for a spin and it ran well. i got it on a deal so i don't know anything about it except: it had an ed brown bumper pad and the follower ws black plastic(of some sort)and humped in the middle front to back. like the dimple but elongated.
i was uncomfortable w/an inch of metal hanging out there. hell, i put an 8rd tripp cobra mag in my champion(no magwell)and that seemed to have some hanging out action going on and that was only the bump pad! my .02. |

Has anyone tried a Pro mag 10 rounder?? I have used Chips and wilsons with no problems but never a Pro Mag. Thanks RLTW I cant think of a good experience i have had with any ProMag Update. Took the pro mag to the range today and it fell apart after 10 rounds. A real peice of junk. RLTW |

I was kind of hoping this was news about 9mm 1911 10rd mags. Seems to be a current topic.
My experiance with Wilson 10rd. 45 mags in a Kimber Supermatch, Springfield Custom, numerous Colt Factory and also 'tuned' guns has been very satasfactory. I have even used them in a Camp 45 for some two gun action and they always ran well. I only use ball ammo in pistols. Do they still call them Bureaucrat mags? |
