I just picked up a double star from my local fun shop and i have to tell you this is one tight gun !!!!
Shoot it Friday and it is a tack driver all Ed brown parts I paid 1299 I now I could have saved a 100 or so
But had to have it

I love these, this WILL be my next 1911. I love that they have the ones out with the blackened barrel hood. Most are plain stainless but they had several at the shot show like yours. That's the way I want mine.
