I have never seen grips like that on a high-cap Mak.  Anyone know what they are?

They look thin, almost too thin to be for a high-cap Mak?

Could you hold that picture a little closer please ?   Edit helps, ,,,, Look's like a standard O.E. Hi Cap Mak grip to me.
