Both look like they have been reblued and not restored. This being the case maybe $5-600 each as shooters. If they were original finish they would bring at least $800 as shooters for parts only. The 30 Luger cal hurts the 20 commercial as ammo is not as easy to find as 9mm. |

From the pictures the finish kind of looks like Russian redipped capture examples that became available on the market some years ago. Seems like around 2000-1 they sold when imported for about $400-500 or so. If these are those types...most likely they would only interest a real collector as a shooter but...that would be hard to determine without more info regarding year of manufacture...acceptance stamping..etc. for both the weapon and the magazine.
I would suggest you get all markings and stampings in detail pictures and post them up over on lugerforum.com. Those guys might give you more specifics regarding a reasonable value but just from a quick look...I would be surprised if they are worth more that $600-700 but...who knows...they might actually be real treasures to someone. |
