I just had to let everyone know about my experience this morning with my email to Kimber about my slide lock. I was having an occasional issue with the slide locking back with 3 different types of mage. I thought of just filing down the slide release but I figured I'd email Kimber about it. Within 5 minutes I got a reply from Dennis telling me to send my address and he'll get one in the mail to me today. Now that's what I call Customer Service! Very happy I bought a Kimber, props to Kimber! |
