| I have one of these critters and want to set it up for nighttime ops. I have a so-called 1000 yd. laser that I'd like to mount on a weaver rail UNDER it's BULL barrel. The barrel is drilled and tapped on the top AND bottom with 2 holes from the factory. The factory's illustrations only show a weaver style mount for a tapered barrel and it has 3 mounting holes. Leupold's book shows squat for this application. Whichever mount works for the top holes should also work for the bottom ones as they have the same spacing. I'm wondering if my pistol is unique to be drilled and tapped this way and if a mount exists for this application. Anybody familiar with this situation and have a solution? Thanks in advance! |
