There IS a new CZ-75 subcompact coming out. Condition One carry possible, just like the big one. American Rifleman had a blurb about it. Still trying to find info. Press release from www.cz-usa.com/press.releases.php?msgid=40
No pix available, as of yet. |

Hang on to the negative opinions until one of us suckers/lucky dogs gets to try one out. The CZ-100 is the first CZ that I don't like. Other than that and the weapons made during the Nazi occupation, I have/will trust my life to a CZ. So, I'm biased. Only because their performance has made me so. When a free and rights supportive Scotland develops a firearms industry, expect my European weapons choices to change drastically. Until then, I just want to know how to say "Nice piece!" in Czech! |
I hold the opinion that CZs are the equal of any other combat pistol today, so I don't doubt the quality of the gun or whether it'll work. I wouldn't mind getting a P-01 at some point, they are nice looking and bound to be functional. Still, I think the RAMI visually resembles a chopped down CZ40, which itself is an ugly son of a bitch. And I have owned enough subcompacts to realize I generally despise them as a genre. If my pinky won't fit on it, I probably won't buy it. |
