I am sure this is probably in the wrong section,  but is wolf ammo have that sealant crap on it?  And has anyone with SIG's had any problem with them?  Thanks.

You can't beat Wolf for the price, but I heard that the lacquar sealant tends to melt after the gun heats up and causes a major mess which requires major maintenance/cleanup after as few as 100 rounds.  I stick with the Winchester whiteboxes for my SIG P-226/9mm and P-229/.40 cal.

Steel cased ammo is also hell on extractors as its much harder than brass. The few pennies saved isn't worth it, IMO.
