If you had to decide between a Sig P239 9mm DA/SA or a  Glock 26 as your primary CCW, which would you choose, and why?

Your only options are these two pistols!

Glock

for the same reasons that get re-stated every time...

Heres the deal,
I own and love both of these pistols, along with many others. But when it comes time to strap one on,I stand there in front of the safe trying to decide which one to carry.

I think one has to go!

consider these aspects then:

which one do YOU shoot best and feel the best handling and carrying? both platforms are very good guns to run w/...but in the end, its YOUR call and it doesnt matter what any of us say about it

for me, i'd opt for the G26 simply b/c i prefer the glock platform, i use em moreso vs sigs, and its got a few more rnds in the initial mag (vs the 239)

G26. I shoot it better than the 239.

Glock.  Both of my Glocks have never had a malfunction before.

I like both Sig Sauer and Glock platforms but when it comes down to it, I rather go with the Glock 26 when given the choices by the OP.  I can work on the Glock with no problems, the magazines are cheaper, and I shoot my Glocks better than my Sig Sauer pistols.

I agree with everything posted so far,

I shoot both pistols about the same,The G26 I shoot better in rapid fire strings.
The Sig I shoot better slow fire @ 50' I can punch the bullseye out of the target!

When I bought the Glock I thought I would just start carrying it with no remorse, but I like that hammer on the Sig for the second strike capability, and comfort factor while reholstering.

I have a G17 that I use for IDPA,that is why I decided to buy the G26 for carry!
