This is correct - I handled one in Iraq when working with a Romanian Soldier.

Just out of curiosity, what did you think of it? I looks like a CZ-75 clone but with a slide mounted decocker. Looks like the slide release would be very easy to use. |
Looks a lot like a Baby Eagle clone. That in turn was cloned off the CZ75 but the safety/decocker was moved to the slide. |
It seemed heavy and very over built. And I have no idea what sort of cleaning materials they use, but this had a heavy grease coming out of it. |
