Well, as my luck goes, I finally decided to break down and purchase a set of XS 24/7 Big Dot sights for my Glock 17, only when I received the package the rear tritium sight did not work. After looking at the rear sight I noticed that there had been metal displaced on the sight where it normally enters the dovetail. I am assuming that I managed to receive someone's returned goods. Anyway, to make a long story short, I emailed Bo Wallace at XS Sights and he told me to simply give him my address and he would send a replacement rear sight along with a postage paid envelope for the old rear sight. No questions asked. My hat goes off to Bo and everyone else at XS Sights for their incredible level of customer service. Needless to say the rest of my firearms will be wearing XS sights before long. Thanks guys!
