Most likely it has an aluminum frame which won’t rust, and a blued slide that will. No matter, it a decent handgun that will be fine if you take reasonable care of it. While I do like the rust-resistance of stainless steel, I’ve carried various blued steel (and rustable) handguns for many years with no problems. |
The slide will rust at the drop of a hat. Or rather one drop of sweat. I was cleaning mine on a real hot day and I was sweating. One drop that I didn't wipe off the slide and when I pulled it out a few days later--rust. |
