I have owned a CTAC for my XD 40 for several months now and couldn't have been more happy with it. Recently, I lost one of the screws that retains the belt clip. This was mostly due to me wearing it for about 24 hours and even falling asleep on the couch with it. The screw must have just came loose. Well, so I sent an email to Comp-Tac to see if I could order a couple replacement screws. Tammy responded to my inquiry on a Sunday afternoon of all times stating that I could order a hardware kit for $6 (replacement clips, leather tabs, and screws) or she would just send a few screws free of charge. I opted for the hardware kit with a few additional screws just for good measure. All I can say is they were excellent to deal with. I highly recommend their holsters not only because they are some of the best on the market IMHO, but very good Customer Service. Carry on. |
Yes it is. And now they have a customer for life. It has become a rarity these days to deal with a company that actually tries to take care of their customers. The ones that do, deserve the loyal customers they work hard to earn. |
I think they're the way to go for a small pistol like the g27 or g19/22-the weight isn't an issue. If I was trying to iwb a 1911 or something I probably have gotten the normal clips. I really can't imagine a better iwb holster than this thing... it pwns teh iwbeez |
no need for the normal ones. i carry a full size xd, and 1911 all the time with the ctac |
Yeah I think I got M&Ms or something like that when I got mine. Good folks for sure. |
