My Sig226R 40cal shoots to the left. It has factory installed night sights and I want to put the rear single dot sight back on. How do I do this?

I was thinking of getting this but it looks like its made for the front sight.

that tool is for both front and rear.  Talk to Tom at Top Gun supply if you have any concerns.  He's a great guy and will be more than happy to give you any advice!

I have that tool and it works for both sights. It is mych better then a punch and hammer. You have total control over the sight movement.

Prior to messing with sights, you should let 2 accomplished pistol shooters confirm that you do need to move the sights and not work on your trigger squeeze.

Good point but this is my 3rd Sig and I haven't had any problems with sights or shooting. Nevertheless it couldn't hurt to let someone else try. I also want to replace the rear 2 dot sight to the original sig one dot rear sight. or I may change both and put a lollipop

I would seriously suggest letting someone else shoot the pistol.  I see agents every week who have developed a bad habit in the time since their basic course.  They come into my shop and want me to change the sights, or grips or trigger on their SIG's.  A good 7 times out of 10 its them and not the pistol.

But I do understand your desire for different sights.  Since switching to a 229R I much prefer meperlights to the standard issue Trijicons since most of the time Im either shooting in the day, or have my X200 on the weapon.
