I'm looking for a safe that I can install near my bed.  I've found a few different types, and I'm looking at either a keypad operated one that mounts in the wall, or a lockable-box type (like the GunVault) that I could mount to something solid.

It doesn't need to be huge, there's just going to be one Glock, a spare mag, and a flashlight going in there.  I've got a "real" safe in the closet for everything else, I just want something that's quicker and easier to get to, but still secure.  I'd also like something that doesn't beep (if it's an electronic keypad).

Any suggestions?

I've had a multi-vault gunvault for years.  I looked at one online the other day that even had interior illumination.

They are worth the money.

+1 on the Gun Vault.  I have the larger model, which like my full-size safe I am glad I went with.  I keep my primary handgun as well as my pocket pistol, a couple mags and a SF Z2 in it.  It does beep if you use the keypad however.  If you end up getting the GunVault make sure it is a new model as they were recently purchased by another company who is upgrading everything.  My old one crapped out about two weeks after I traded it to a friend.
