The vial of "glow-in-the-dark" stuff fell out of the rear sight of my Kimber Eclipse Target II pistol.  I called up the Kimber service department to see if I could purchase a replacement and they asked me to send in my slide.  I did and 10 days later, I got the slide back with what I think is an entire new rear sight for no charge.  

I wish all companies stood behind their products like this!

Of course now I have to show my support for the company.  I think the purchase of a new compact .45 ought to do it

Yup, I like their customer service.

Heck, with sending my 2 Kimbers in a total of 8 times just to get them to run, I've never dealt so much with customer service in my life!!
