I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with robars refinishing? I found a good deal on a glock 27 that has been renished by robar. How would it stand up to the original finish? Thanks in advance. Scott

I have several firearms refinished by Robar, but only in the Electroless Nickel, Roguard, and NP3 finishes. All of them are very good, IMO.
What type of finish does the refinished Glock have on it?

He didn't say what kind of finish it was. It looks similar to my wife's hardchromed keltec p32. He just said it's been refinished but robar. Thanks Scott

Sounds like their Electroless Nickel - Very, very tough and corrosion resistant - a great finish if you don't mind having the grayish-silver slide.
The duotone Sig Sauer pistols have Electroless Nickel finish in their slides.
