Guys,
A thread was started earlier this year (in the handgun forum) that discussed the appropriate side arm for carrying while hiking in bear/cougar country. I believe the specific area discussed was Colorado, but I'm not 100% certain. In that thread there was much discussion and photos posted of carry pieces and holsters. There were about three or four pages to the thread. I've been unsuccessful in locating the thread. Does anyone remember the thread? I would appreciate any assistance in helping me dig it up.
