| I recently acquired a Para Ord P14.45 LDA. I currently own a nice Colt XSE and wasn't too hot with the DAO "LDA" trigger on the P14.45, but figure that I'll give it a chance. However, I would like to add a full length guide rod to it. Can I use a *standard* full-size 1911 guide rod and spring, or do I need something that's made specifically for this gun? That being said, how about other parts (ambi-safety, extended slide release, mainspring housing)? |
