You really need to give us some more info. Do you have a color preference? What properties do you want the finish to have?
My .02 is that I really like Robar's NP3. It's a matte light grey. IIRC it is a nickel finish with teflon molecules embedded. Nothing sticks to it, you can clean it with a soft cloth, and it has some self lubricating properties. I'm a pretty big NP3 fan myself...  ... just waiting for an excuse to try out the newer NP3+ now.
