Friend of mine needed the cash so I gave him $400 for an SAXD Sub Compact.
I've neve had an XD so I know nothing about them.
Not sure I'm loving it and not sure it has anything over the G26.
Any opinions? I've always been a Glock guy. Would you trade it off for a G26 or G27?
Should I just keep it as it's one I don't own?

Shoot the hell out of it and feed it anything! The XD's are just as reliable as the Glock's but feel better in my opinion.

I'd dump it and get a G26.

I hated my XD when I had it.

Seems top heavy and is defenitly bigger than my G27.
I do like the feel of the grip and it points naturally better for me than the Glock.
I may just use it as a truck gun.

Dave,  I'd shoot it and see if it does anything for you....if not, sell it or like you said...a truck gun.  Be safe.

I had a couple XDs and neither were as reliable as my Glocks.  I'd trade it but that's just me.  Lots of people love them and have had good luck...
