Are there still states out there that only allow a 10 round mag capacity?

MA still has the '94 AW ban. So thats a yes to your question..

The reason i ask is, I've got 3 Sig 226 factory mags in 357Sig/40 that are the 10 rounders. Hell I'd give to somebody in a commie state if they had the gun and wanted them for themselves.

Seems like NJ, CA & IL all have mag caps. I don't live there, thank God, but someone will pipe in before long.

IL doesn't have mag caps to my knowledge, I grew up there and still have friends and relatives there. IL just has that commie FOID card
