How many parts off of a 1911 built in 1911 are interchangable with a modern 1911?

I have a 1911 built in 1918 and a Colt 1991 built in 1996, other than the series 80 parts, all of them more or less.

A 1911 manufactured Colt will interchange all parts with a Current Colt NRM Series 70 government.
