I had a head spacing issue with my Charter Arms Target Bulldog 44 spl. It had light primer strikes in double action and sometimes failed to fire on certain cylinders. I emailed Charter Arms and the next thing I knew the phone was ringing. The owner of the company called me to discuss the problem I was having. Nick talked me through a few things to check and in the end suggested I send the gun to them to look at.  I did send it and got it back, fixed at no charge !

This may seem "so what- they should stand behind their products", BUT- I bought the gun in 1977 from the original Charter Arms! As most know, the original Charter Arms went out of business and the Charter Arms name has been resurrected a couple of times. I’m impressed with the customer service I received on a gun I never expected to be fixed at no charge.

Thank you Nick and Company!
